Business Outlook
Pros
Managers are willing to work with you if you are respectful and understanding. They really try to schedule around school if you are a student and I appreciated that. Loved the work environment there and most of the co-workers. Lots of growth opportunities if you're in it for the long haul.
Cons
Due to the nature of working with tight margins and not knowing how many people would come in at a given time, they were often understaffed which meant no breaks for the employees. Management was more worried about reaching "standard hour" goals than making sure donors were received in a timely manner or giving staff a break.
