      Pros

      It was a very fast paced environment to work in. You do get benefits for full-time and paid days off. If you're part-time, you only can get a few days off and have to work weekends.

      Cons

      Hard to ever call in sick, so if you have a fever buckle up and go to work. Very limited days. If they send you home early, they use your PTO without telling you. Favoritism is high at this company and not every employee is treated equally. If you're at the bottom of the food chain, sucks. Lots of turnover. Bad schedule flexibility. Never the same schedule.

      Pros

      The friendship between employees makes the difference, and your days are much easy to handled. The turn over is very high.

      Cons

      No consistency in some rules to follow-up is depends who is, and favoritism with some people is frecuently observed. Some supervisors and tem leads are disrespectfully with some employees, instead of motivate them, they treat them badly resulting in a bad work environment.

      Pros

      Very structured, every job tasks has to follow SOP so there is always a right way to do everything. Good pay, schedule flexibility for students, positive attitude.

      Cons

      Some departments are more difficult to work in although pay through center is fairly the same. Advancement in these departments are difficult.
