      Its a great place to start and learn to stick donors with scar tissue.

      It's long hours and hard on your feet and very stressful.

      Very well organization. Team work environment. Customer focus. Good Quality Systems in place. Excellent people to work with. Opportunities to grow within the company.

      Salary low. I think they should increase salaries in order to retain better quality people with great experience and knowledge.

      Pros

      Enjoyed my job, left alone to perform my assignments and tests, not too micro managing. Good health insurance and Vacation time.

      Cons

      Pathetic annual raises, no promotions, out of touch with employees, company had no idea of what employees think or feel - but didn't really care either.
