Pros

Everyone I have worked with has been great. Culturally, everyone is willing to help you and want to see you succeed.

Cons

This is the nature of this industry. Long hours and tight deadlines. Compensation is not the best either.

Not the best

Pros

-Allow you to work fully remote

Cons

- Much lower pay in comparison to other firms, even smaller ones - Blatant favoritism that many other reviews here have also mentioned. You won't succeed at this firm at any level, if you're not one of the favorites. They make exceptions and promote people who are not even cpas into manager and even director positions. - A lot of people in management positions have good intentions, but just not enough time to care, which I think is a big reason they tend to pick and choose favorites among staff. - the training for new associates is so ineffective
