Pros

It is a very laidback and friendly company. Great managers and warm environment. Best thing is the work-life balance, to which they are very considerate. There is a fair amount of paid time-off and decent health insurance options.

Cons

It is seriously understaffed and probably one of the biggest weaknesses about the company.

Pros

The people at BPM are great. Everyone knows each other at a personal level The managers are very flexible and understand the balance between personal and professional life Get to learn a lot technically. The products are highly innovative and that means there is a new challenge everyday which is very satisfying We get to see a product come to life and operational that is something I would not get at a bigger company

Cons

Being a smaller company does mean that extra hours are needed to wrap up projects sometimes. But this is something that balances with the immense flexibility provided.

Pros

BPM Microsystems is a unique organization. The company culture allows excellent work/life flexibility. All team members are respectful of each other and always willing to help each other to succeed. There are many opportunities to contribute. No micromanagement here, but you are expected to get things done and on time. I have been a member of the BPM Microsystems team for over fourteen years and I'm definitely excited about the future of our company.

Cons

Extra hours are sometimes necessary to complete projects because of workload and deadlines.
