Pros

Oportunity to be part of an arising culture for the company. It is inovative, inspiring, driven by profitability. Promotes a nice work environment to the emploees.

Cons

The company is constantly changing its VPs and directors board, making all efforts to keep the business growing. These changings are for good, but sometimes can give the impression of being not sure about the right pathto to take.

Good company, but still a lot to improve!

Pros

Strong brands, challenging and dynamic environment, generally pleasant atmosphere, good benefits package, nice people.

Cons

Short-term oriented, strategy changes too fast. New high management too much focused on financials rather the the overall picture.Career opportunities guided by lots of politics instead of meritocracy. After the merge, pride fight depending on what brand was your original employer, leading to many bad decisions and prejudice. Company lost many good professionals and praised wrong ones.
