Cons

- Production in Brazil...time difference is a killer for other regions - Sometimes very long working hours - Communication with head office is quickly limited if you don't speak Portuguese

Very challenging environment and lots of work to do, specially outside Brazil as part of Co. Internationalization process.

Cons

The new top management has a enormous focus on the financial aspect of the business right now and not looking through the future of the Co.

Nice environment as far as the vacancies is concerned

Cons

Very rude people Most speak in Portugese not in English Many mistakes done in Finance department The salary and the benefits are not good If you are ignorant and lazy you will stay, if not you won't manage to stand up with the unmotivated employees because they are too many
