There’s no pros for this place! Toxic, hostile, nepotistic. I cannot believe this is still existing! Have 1 star because I had to but they don’t deserve it.

Cons

Toxic bad management, nepotistic, there’s no onboarding, one of the directors spent her time gossiping instead of giving me training. They ready to lie if it’s in their interest. They are ready to fire people without any reason, they are firing sick people! The existence of this kind of company should be forbidden!
