Pros

Interesting variety of ongoing projects

Cons

High turnover rate, which speaks to how little they value their employees. Some people stay for less than a year and then leave because they are fed up or because they get pushed out. Presumably because they don't want to give promotions. Senior management is bad at delegating tasks or giving constructive feedback, but will hold juniors accountable for even minor mistakes.

Low pay and long hours

Pros

Some interesting cases. Offices are nice. Free lunch Wednesday.

Cons

Some cases are justifiably stomach turning. I understand that money makes the world go around but sometimes we should stick to our morals. Long hours are mandated with very little gratitude from C-suite. Some departments are better than others. Finance is full of smart, hard working people. So is Office Services. HR is a nightmare.
