The backpacks provided when joining are high quality. Charismatic leaders that are good at selling services and recruiting.

Cons

Felt that life balance was the worst compared with prior professional experiences, capitalistic to the core, felt like an output machine, to be dispensed when not needed. Brand recognition less than other consulting companies.
