      Pros

      Company culture, innovation, passionated people, growth mindset and evolution possibilities internally.

      Cons

      Not for everyone (a lot of reorganization, changes in tools, teams, management). Recruitment is viewed by the HR management only as a support function, not as a strategic business opportunity.

      Remote work, most of the colleagues were nice. Good experience to have on CV.

      Management can be unnecessarily toxic sometimes, even on the edge of bullying.
