      Fun job. You have a lot of influence on the final product. A lot of freedom on working method. Passionate colleges.

      Cons

      Very hard to get some recognition for your work. Management live in alternate reality. Very design (aesthetic) and purchasing focus. No progression possible for highly technical employees.

      Good coworkers, nice people. A lot of free food.

      Cons

      Hires incompetent managers. Outdated systems (Mainframe, JDE, etc). No work life balance. Extremely high turnover, don't work here.
