      Pros

      Fun products, and a drive to deliver innovative products to dealers.

      Cons

      Dealer network. Newly public and that ruined all investment into employees and is stifling innovation. You are working for a Canadian company based in Quebec, be prepared to face issues because of your nationality. Most of the talent at the factory is recruited from the rural area and that leads to major problems; it can't attract outside talent because of its location.

      Great team! Greta people! Everyone is very focused on their job and want to improve.

      Cons

      Wages are standard for the industry, the plant location is 30 minutes from the city, and it becomes hard to grow after mid manager position.
