Cons

Management didn't know what they were doing - I had 8 different bosses in 2.5 years. In the end, the division ceased operations.

Pros

BRP has a long history of having very creative, intelligent, and innovative employees and it shows in its products and internal processes. A wonderful company that takes care of their employees* see note in "Cons". An exciting time for BRP as they grow stronger in other global markets.

Cons

*A very biased internal company structure. Protectionism of the French Canadian employees over other countrymen as well heavy cronyism.
