      Benefits and salary are good

      Cons

      They are very traditional and lack guidance, management team is not utilizing employees potential and does not give them autonomy in their projects, always micromanaging . You come here and you are on your own, there is no training process. There is not an opportunity to grow in the company. Does not have a friendly company culture. Lack transparency, put employees on furlough and announced reopening, only to lay 650 people off globally a week before scheduled reopening.

We want all of our employees to feel like they can grow with us and achieve their goals. The current situation can be destabilizing for people, and nessarily less than perfect. But we keep moving forward, because it's in our DNA. Your opinion helps us to understand how we can do better.

      Pros

      Canadian company that makes vehicles for off-road use. Fun products to use and sell. Nice design and performance on their products

      Centralized management and administration. Still run as a private company even though it is public. Lacks diversity and training in key areas

      Awesome product. Great co-workers and fun environment. Pay is ok.

      They have no real training guidelines for field salespeople. Unreal expectations from corporate and direct supervisors.
