- People with lower skill in the field get put at Team Lead or Manager, I had way more Product experience as my Lead, with also 10 years of experience in Leadership roles and wasn't offered the role. - ROT policy, old mentality, upper management Globablly, this business is, if I am director listen to me. There is no trust at all for their employees. - They are removing lot of people here to replace them with lower cost brazil people.

Highly competitive & selfish environment where almost everyone is willing to through their colleagues under the bus. Obvious lack of transparency in the higher management, top-down type of leadership. For employees who like to be told what to do without having the chance to express themselves or share their knowledge. Yes-people kind of mindset. This business will be oppressive for any outside-of-the-box thinkers, team players & genuine people.
