      Good Company but Maturity in Technology is a work in progress.

      Pros

      Passionate People, Hands-On attitude and Leadership Skills are highly praised. There is a self-acknowledgment of the gaps and the management is trying to deal with it, placing the right people in the right places.

      Cons

      Diversity and Inclusion in Leadership positions is 97% nule. Most leaders are white folks, although the company is "proud of their diversity". The Onboarding Process and Employee Journey are really weak. HR department is almost invisible and you just see them for the hiring process.

      Any considerations for employees. You can be fire anytime juste to balance their budgets.

      Pros

      The product brands are terrific and BRP is intently focused on making high quality and enjoyable products. The people here are really very nice to work with - and it is growing well for a manufacturer. Terrific innovation is coming with electric vehicles. They are investing in innovation to support growth. I feel the future is bright for BRP. Formal and structured environment but not overdone with bureaucracy.

      Cons

      With so many initiatives, relative and coordinated prioritization is a challenge, so there can be many competing priorities. Project processes are solid, but not best in class you might experience at other companies (agile is relatively newly applied). There is a lower attention on coaching and career development, so best to be more an independent type of person in this regard - aka a self-starter.
