      Brought in poor management and leadership over the past year, employees treated unfairly, no room for growth. Hard work is not rewarded.

      Pros

      The small remote office provided exposure to all areas of the department. An outstanding manager made the experience even better. Tasks were delegated according to talents and interests, no micro management, but always available for support. Coworkers were great and benefits excellent. Life life balance was great.

      Cons

      Being a satellite office with only a hand full of people getting promoted was difficult even if the work done was far beyond the job description.
