Te da una experiencia globalizada, en la cual trabajas en equipos multidisciplinarios con personas de diferentes países. El programa de trainee te da la oportunidad de experimentar el estar en foros con gerentes y otras posiciones importantes. Comedor con rica comida y variada.

Cons

La ubicación es muy lejana, considerando el centro de la ciudad. Durante mi estadía, llegaron a haber problemas con la infraestructura y drenaje. La carga de trabajo es considerada, por lo que en muchos casos tu trainer no tiene tiempo para ti.

The growth and support I've had from BRP has been the the most positive experience I've had in my career so far. They promote on skills and experience and support when your team is spread around the globe. The work life balance is supported.

Cons

No real cons from my side. No company is perfect, but i have seen people leave BRP and then come back realising the grass was not greener on the other side.
