Pros
Employees are super friendly. Trainer is friendly and efficient. Management is moody.
Cons
Machines are so loud, you can't hear what your trainer or anyone else is saying. New employees must work like a mule for low wages. Employees are not given sufficient time to develop. You have a few weeks at best to 'get it' or you are out the door. Pace is frenetic (like a crazy gameshow) and on your feet for 8 hours with back bent at a slight angle. You get one pair of gloves every 2 weeks which wear through in 8 hours. Messy, dirty, sweaty job involving loud, heavy machinery and lots of glue or 'gum' as it is called.
