Lots of effort put into personal development and growth. People really care about you

Cons

With so much field work, it is often difficult to forge relationships within the firm itself. A lot of the firm initiatives tend to be underserved due to this, things like the coaching/buddy system.

Good company with good benefits. Professional environment and top management were really easy to work for. Overall a great work experience

Cons

Lower level managers were stupid. Left due to issue with the way lower level managers were running, nothing has changed in 3 years.
