      Lots of flexibility. Good health insurance

      Cons

      You can bust your tail for this company for years and years and they’ll never value you or care about you. They go through layoffs every couple years and always get rid of the people that have been there the longest

      It is unfortunate the Company did have a small reduction (less than 3%) the first of July in light of recent market conditions. These are never easy decisions. We remain optimistic about the future; in fact we recently brought back one of the impacted employees. We're glad you enjoyed the flexibility and health coverage during your time at BSI.

      Hmmmmm…. I can’t think of any.

      Cons

      Not ran well, unorganized, no training team, huge IT issues and doesn’t work right 50% of the time.

      Thank you for the feedback. We're sorry to hear of your experience thus far. Have you tried speaking with your Manager about some of your concerns? As for training, we have 4 training team members in the US (2 in Dallas, 2 in Titusville). To date training has focused more on certain departments; we are looking to expand training to other departments in the future. We're also evaluating our new hire training experience. Finally, for IT issues feel free to open a ticket online, send a teams message, or email them directly.
