I enjoy working for BSI Financial - Bethesda, they are flexible and understanding. It has been a pleasure working with my team and for my bosses. Paul Johannsson is our Senior Manager of FCL, BK and Complex Division, he is open with us, always tells it like it is and is our biggest supporter! I think our management is wonderful all the way up the chain.

Cons

Occasionally it can be frustrating trying to find out from who or what dept. to contact to find out certain pieces of the puzzle and because they promote from within, job titles change frequently.

Pros

Family style environment that cultivates passion about the work and the people. Flexible and phenomenal FC/BK and branch leadership. The foreclosure, bankruptcy, and litigation division here gave me all the opportunities to excel and put my stamp on things. The division culture was the best I have ever seen.

Cons

Corporate inclusion of branches. Geographical challenges with pay structure.
