Good Work Environment-Bad Pay

Good group of people to work with- friendly environment- working with sports equipment and coaches that are laid back and laid back environment- Good discounts on clothing and equipment like Nike and Under Armor- None pressure sales.

Cons

Upper management is cheap- Territory Managers do not make commission (base plus quarterly bonus) - Most people that work there have to have side gigs or spouses that make more money to get by- Not compensated properly for the amount of sales you put through- The more the company grows the more they cut back on things like Christmas party or letting TM's go to national Sales Conference

Insurance is poor, management is poor, employees are paranoid & don't trust each other.

Pros

Decent money and get to work in a cool industry of sporting goods, with very understanding clients. Can make decent money but be prepared to work hard for it.

Cons

Management does not help in the least, they are more concerned with making themselves look good in the eyes of the higher ups. There exists a lack of support for employees and playing political favorites seems to be the order of the day. Very unprofessional in their approach to employees by belittling them and acting like bullies. Making sexists comments and using profanity is a common practice. Managers have low and un-timely response rates to employee issues that effect customers.
