Pros

Good range of clients and large companies. My account team was really good. They are flexible with telecommuting.

Cons

The management is really bad. There is lots of bullying and pressure to meet deadlines but the offshore centers can't deliver. Processes are not followed and no one pays attention to schedules. Lots of decision made in Europe are not communicated to the US team. They have lots of restructuring and lay-offs but nothing seems to get better.

Pros

Some telecommuting with tools provided to encourage being mobile. Good people

Cons

Company culture readily acknowledged by employees is that the company processes in place do not work and it is a constant battle to accomplish anything.

Pros

*The people are very nice and helpful within your department. Its feels like, "We're in it together". *There is chances to work from home

Cons

Expect no raises or bonus. You will have the carrot on the stick dangled in front of you, but there is no follow through. Raises are less than the inflation rate, so expect in a year to make less than you do now. Another issue, is upper management have no idea what is going on in the front line. Which in a way is expected, but it nearly seems like they actively work against the best interest of their front line employee, all the while blaming line managers, which is misleading since they took most of the front line managers powers away. As a consequence there is a massive morale issue. Many see very bleak outlook and causing many to leave for greener pastures. Lastly, there is huge issue with mobility in the company or lack thereof. Sure you can move on to new jobs, but the challenge comes to get the comparable pay with your new responsibilities. I have seen several people get railroaded and getting paid less then their counterparts because they were an internal hire.
