      Pros

      They do have a big and recognizable brand.

      Cons

      A bit more accountability to the employees in the Americas might be in order. Cavalier compensation changes that impact employees and cynical bonus structures, when coupled with executive trust problems dont make it easy to attract and retain talent.

      - Archaic processes, culture, organization structure - Watch out. Vacation is "granted' not "earned". In case you leave, no pay out. - Offer has no notice period - Inertia to change - Rooted in British class system
