Flexible work hours. Unlikely to be challenged regardless of standard of work. Equal opportunities well catered for. Relaxed work atmosphere.

Cons

Ridiculous lack of attention to goal setting, focus is on bid-to-win without thinking about the bigger picture or engaging in lessons learned from previous projects that have failed to generate the profit they could and should have realised. Design focused on functional technical delivery and little else, Priority is on meeting requirements of other shared service units ahead of those of local business unit and its customers (certainly in the case of Defence)
