      Great benefits, don't pay as well as they should

      Pros

      Excellent benefits package, vacation time (5 weeks per year), and flexibility to work from home. BT Americas has always valued a work/life balance.

      Cons

      Poor compensation for sales people. Lots leaving recently due to compensation. So many changes in management recently. I wish they would pay more attention to the mass exodus and try and fix that rather than making sales manager worry about their jobs. When they're worried about their jobs, they can't take care of their teams well and that's how you lose talent.

      Very professional environment with great benefits

      Cons

      A lot of red tape. Myself and thirty people were hired and then laid off within 2 months because they never had approval from across the pond. Good news is they were very nice about it and sent us all home in limousines
