      Pros

      There are a number of good people working there.

      Cons

      It seems like most managers there have no idea what they are doing. Communications are nonexistent, and when they do happen, are incredibly dishonest. 90% of the time, BT is way behind the curve in figuring out how to integrate new technologies into their current platforms, and most groups there have never heard of a little thing called "documentation". Advancement is nearly nonexistent, and they will change your job title in order to deny you pay raises.

      It seemed to be a very political organisation in the sense that you had to be strategic to maintain your position or advance. If you didn't play their games you were quickly cast aside. Also people in the higher levels seem a little power hungry and controlling
