Broken system with no clear path to resolution

Pros

The work was relatively easy for the amount of pay provided. Free coffee is nice.

Cons

Management is completely out of touch with reality in regards to business objectives and direction, resulting in an extremely toxic and pessimistic working environment. Aggressive outsourcing is bringing in new employees for cheap that are under-trained and are destroying the customer experience with the first line. No real path for improvement is being presented in any of these circumstances; management seems to be of the opinion that if one simply says that things will improve without taking tangible action, this will smooth over. Benefits are mediocre at best. The PTO policy is generous, but difficult to utilize, while the health insurance provided is abysmal.

4 day work weeks were pretty nice 10-12 hour days

Cons

Management would try and fix the plane while it was in the air , they seemed lost
