      Pros

      Good communication from Sr. Maagement Great opportunities to learn new skills, cultures, etc. Travel opportunities if you want that. Excellent work/life balance. When not on the road, I work from home. Great conferencing/collaboration tools (Dolby Audio conferencing for example)

      Cons

      Salary is less than financial services. BT is fundamentally a Telecom company and they just don't pay as well.

      It's all about the people. They will work hard, including nights and weekends at times giving up their private lives.

      Cons

      Poor support from senior management. When it comes down to cost, just say goodbye to your colleagues.
