Good company - Really Slow HR

- good learning - new push towards cloud and digital with formation of Digital org. - As a manager, you get understanding of managing vendors also - flexibility and quite good leave allowances

Cons

- Really..really .. really slow HR! Policies are very slow to catch up to market, and are reactive - Hikes have been bad the last couple of years, leading to very high attrition atleast in India - Very frequent reorgs (in some areas) - With growth in headcount, culture has taken a hit
