Work with and constantly trying to improve the benefits they offer. Step up and took care of the employees the best they could during the COVID. Leadership was very involved and tried to visit and stay in touch with the team even though states away from each other.

Cons

The IRA plan is confusing and on the lower side on their contributions.

BTAS leadership team truly care about their employees. They go above and beyond for their employees! Family atmosphere that companies should replicate. PTO is above industry standards Medical, dental and vision, above industry standards

Cons

It can get real busy! But nice to have during these unprecedented times.
