      Pros

      Pay check arrives on time. Salary decent.

      Cons

      The PTO policies are horrendous. You are not allowed to carry-over more than 16 hours per year. You are constantly asking for advanced leave to take any sort of time off. Not much choice in medical coverage. During the contract transition corporate made themselves seen. Have neither seen, nor heard from them since.

      They are just trying to fill positions for contracts. If you don't work at the home office then you really don't matter.

      Pros

      Team building events. Team leads seemed to care but not as much as they could have--could have been much better where they take care of me, because I'm going to make the company look good.

      Cons

      I never met leadership and when my contract ended, I still had not met them and I have PhD. You would think leadership would appreciate their greatest commodity--the employees that bring value to the company. I was low balled at this organization but know better now.
