      If you can handle the volatility in government/defense contracting it’s a solid company.

      Pros

      BTAS does a good job of rewarding their employees. Pay scale is top notch and well performing employees receive bonuses. As long as you’re doing your job management is happy and stays out of the way.

      Cons

      The primary cons working there came from the contract environment, not BTAS as company. Government/defense contracting is big, clunky, and frustrating. The time it takes to get a CAC card and network access is ridiculous.
