Some of the people are great to work with. It’s a job. But even if you are desperate, try to go anywhere else!
Cons
Often do not get paid on time. Expected to work unreasonable hours. Management doesn’t trust employees. Corners are constantly cut because money is tight. Lack of appreciation from management. Overall feeling of disorganization and sketchy practices. Promotions withheld. Poor communication.
