None. There really aren't any pros.

Too many to list. A few are lack of exact job duties, low morale, no real promotions, or bonuses.

Great Company, Horrible Management

Pros

This company has a great flagship product supported by a great selection of additional products and service offerings. The mid level management and support staff are some of the best I have ever seen and largely responsible for the continued success of this company.

Cons

The Executive Management staff for this company are by far the worst I have ever worked with. With a constant focus on luxurious travel and conference attendance, business processes tend to grind to a halt for extended periods of time due to the lack of available authoritative decision making. The CEO has created an environment where a large majority of the staff are afraid to make decisions due to the risk of extreme reprimand or public shaming. It is not uncommon for any given situation to take several weeks to resolve or move forward on. The upper management staff here is an extreme representation of the "Good ole Boy" network, mostly consisting of military, college and previous work buddies who operate with impunity and often occupy positions with no real role or responsibility. Sexual harassment of the young female staff by upper management at this company has been an ongoing issue, with several months (5+) of reports being ignored and improperly documented. When forced to finally address the situation, Executive Management made a decision to "realign" the offending personnel and sweep the issue under the rug, favoring the protection of personal friendships over protecting the well being of their junior employees. The victims in this case are now forced to have continued and ongoing contact with the offending party during company events and engagements #metoo. If I had a daughter, I would not allow her to work at this company.
