Pros

Well respected content. Large audience. Some great products.

Cons

Toxic environment. Company relies very heavily on contractors with no opportunity to become permanent. Permanent employees have little opportunity to be promoted. Management has no clear direction for the company. Competitive employees that think nothing of talking bad of others behind their backs and freely throw others under the bus. Those with children regularly abuse work from home policy. Company is owned by Johnson & Johnson who promotes children's health yet produces highly toxic products for little ones. Working here was hands down the worst experience I have had in my career.

Pros

Great perks, plus good discounts on all Johnson & Johnson products

Cons

Open work environment which doesn't allow for privacy, most employees are women who would talk about each other, high stress levels that would create a need for a vacation but then they would look down on your for using your vacation days.
