Focus is on "More for Sales" not on "More for Users"

* Work Life Balance - people can take care of issues by working from home * Focus on Development - FTEs take charge of their development and can focus on any area they want * Competitive Salaries - realized that getting high quality people is costly

Cons

* Working from home has gotten out of hand for some areas * Many areas of the company only have one employee focused on the work and their time out of the office generates bottle necks for others * Management is weak - Management is focused on bringing in more revenue dollars from Sales not on areas to enhance the site * Small work force so not much in the area of advancement

Really smart team, especially engineering. Great pay and benefits. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Revenue model getting stale. Too risk adverse, need to broaden their scope. Competing against companies with a broader base.

Pros

Work/life balance, good location in a modern space in SOMA, fun people to work with.

Cons

Unclear management leadership and the recent CEO was far more focused on office decor and branding than building a profitable business. Huge percent of company is contractors to keep costs and liability down. Business model solely based on advertising revenue isn't cutting it.
