Watching children grow up, helping them learn, learning the developmental process through first-person, experiencing big firsts with them.

Cons

Parents becoming overly dependent, children becoming overly attached, exhausting hours, difficult when constant (wishing for another adult to talk to), parents not respecting hours set in place.

I liked the company because they would always be nice t me and to the children

Cons

The only problem was that when I went to get the job it took awhile, and it asked unnecessary questions.
