This has to be the worst company. The time I was there, there was hardly any work. They Mass hired like morons but then didn't have any work. Management is the worst. They throw people under the bus. They don't take responsibility for anything. Something goes wrong, they never take responsibility. You try to be proactive and they say "don't worry about that, it's not our problem" Their facility is dirty. They paint over mold inside their production. I think the worst part is that they recently had a mass layoffs in the US sites. They got rid of really good people and kept bad people. They were advertising $38/h for production chemist but then laid off 30% of their people. That company lacks any ambition. The funny thing is they make you wear white see through pants in production that makes operators look retarded. They say it was for safety but then again, not much PPE is worn in the lab. They spent millions on redundant Capex rather than invest where they can be competitive.

Not a lot of paths for advancement or ways to learn new skills. Stay for a year or two, get some income and experience, then search elsewhere for better opportunities. Or if you want a place where you can make just enough to get by and not work all that hard or do anything too complicated, stay forever. I'm sure management would prefer that.
