No respect for employees who are not part of the cult, judgemental and ignorant to employees who have a lot of experience and a lot to offer. People are threatened by your knowledge and confidence, some managers and HR are narcissists and rather than own their wrong doing they flip it and make excuses. Small world this industry and Bachly owns up to the turn around of employees due to the bullying nature and judgemental attitude. Those few wanna be bosses ruin it for everyone and no one has the courage to speak up due to their jobs being threatened. If you’re not part of the group they faze you out. Prejudice about disability and find ways to get rid of you for it
