Good company, good culture, good benefits, good products, good growth.

Cons

Growing pains that come with an IPO and continued success curve. Means there can be temporary uncertainty while a process or procedure gets addressed to accommodate a new concern or issue.

Pros

Supportive environment where your work is appreciated and rewarded. Great benefits and perks, good coworkers, fantastic culture, and they really give you the tools you need to succeed.

Cons

None that I can think of right now! The office space is a little chaotic at times with construction and open floor plans, but since we've been fully remote due to COVID precautions, that hasn't been relevant for a while.
