Growing pains that come with an IPO and continued success curve. Means there can be temporary uncertainty while a process or procedure gets addressed to accommodate a new concern or issue.

Fantastic product, company culture, benefits, work/life balance and a wealth of opportunity to make an impact on an ever-growing team! I feel supported by my managers and have great working relationships with all of my colleagues.

Cons

Growing pains with over half the org growing after being hired remotely prove to be challenging, but nothing we aren't addressing head on!
