Pros

The benefits were solid, and I’m genuinely grateful for the experience I gained. I learned a lot, worked with smart people, and got hands-on exposure to systems, processes, and challenges that made me better at what I do.

Cons

The workload was heavy and often unsustainable. On top of that, there was a lot of misalignment with the different teams - teams weren’t always on the same page, priorities shifted too often, and it made execution harder than it needed to be.
