Management cares about its employees and it is demonstrated through health oriented perks, transparency in communications, and trainings to ensure respect for all.

Cons

Friendly coworkers, company that really cares about it's customers AND employees, competitive salary, very supportive of remote work but aware of value of in-person time and willing to pay to make it happen by flying remote employees to site a few times a year (except when there is a massive pandemic)

none ... I really wish I had joined Backblaze years ago
