      Employees are the top priority; there very much is an atmosphere that if the employees are happy, they work more and do better work. The founders are all really nice and approachable.

      The company is growing rapidly so it is hard to keep track of everyone who works therre.

      Pros

      I love the people here. I even get along with the people whose personalities don't really mesh well with mine, because we all respect each other and enjoy being here. The work is interesting and there are lots of challenges to tackle, without being overwhelming all of the time.

      Cons

      Continuous expansion has made it hard to get ahead of the curve in terms of projects. It feels like there's always things we should have done a while ago, but still don't have time to get around to .
