Pros
I’ve only been at the company a few months but I’ve been blown away by the very positive and constructive culture. Upper management really “walks the walk” and this is as apolitical and collaborative a culture I’ve ever worked in. People really enjoy working here, and it shows. Upper management is also very (at least outwardly) low-ego and patient and reasonable with expectations.
Cons
It’s a fast growing, small company (less than 300 employees.) if you want layers of bureaucracy, tightly defined roles, and large teams to manage, probably not your bag. That said, the resources and process are very good for a company of this size.
