significant growth, advancement opportunities, cool products, great management, supportive team, fast paced, expanded facility, fun environment, safe workplace, family orientated, nice benefits

Cons

I have no cons with the exception of the past year due to covid has been a bit of a challenge in my role when it comes to hiring and retaining employees. We have adjusted compensation and benefits and continue to look at opportunities to attract top talent.
