There are many great coworkers at this facility who work tirelessly to attain organizational goals.

Cons

Documentation and on-boarding were nonexistent. IT infrastructure is frail and reporting processes are not designed to be robust or proactive, causing the need for regular rework on the already overloaded staff. Current employees are unaware of methods available for better processing.
